Gwynt a glaw, Rhaeadr Ogwen (Wind and rain, Ogwen Falls) - Rhaeadr Ogwen is one of my favourite locations and this winter it hasn't disappointed. It's been on my list of places to re-visit and the almost continuous rain throughout December 'did' something special to the colours. Whether it was the moisture in the air or something else, I'm not sure but it was that feeling of windy wetness that I wanted to try and catch in this image. The sky is purposely left free of any white, so the eye is drawn at first to the small fall hidden behind the trees almost in the centre of the image, then led diagonally right, then left, and right again through the landscape by the main waterfall.
